Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about our handmade Vidra Lures wobblers. Still have a question? Write to us at info@vidralures.com.

Are Vidra lures really handmade?

Yes. Every Vidra lure has been handcrafted since 1998 – from a tough ABS body with a full through-wire and 100% hard-balanced. That's why each lure runs stable, catches well and lasts.

Which lure is best for pike?

For pike we recommend larger, strong-swimming models like the Apex 12 Jointed (12 cm), the Nautilus Jointed or the Perpetual. They deliver a powerful action and vibration that trigger predators.

Which lure is best for zander (pikeperch)?

For zander the Bombhead (for long casts) and the Nautilus Deep Runner (dives to about 3 m) are ideal – perfect for deep edges, rivers and reservoirs.

Which lure is best for perch and trout?

Small models like the Atomic Chub (sizes 1–3), Agility or Locust work great for perch, chub and trout – also for ultralight fishing.

What do the colour codes (e.g. BK, SFC, HP) mean?

The abbreviations are our original Vidra colour codes for each finish (e.g. BK, SFC, HP, GTR). Every colour is shown on the product image – simply pick your colour using the coloured swatches.

Are the lures floating or sinking?

Most models are hard-balanced floaters or suspenders with a defined running depth. You'll find the exact diving depth in each product description.

Where do you ship from and to?
