The story of Vidra Lures began in 1998 – in a region with a deeply rooted tradition of crafting high-quality fishing lures. To turn this heritage into a reliable, high-volume brand, chief designer Nenad Marković teamed up with a select group of veteran anglers and master craftsmen. Together they developed the first prototypes, seamlessly combining artisan skill with scalable design. In 1999, Vidra officially entered serial production – a brand that meets the demands of a wide audience of anglers, with consistently exceptional, battle-tested quality throughout Europe.
At its core, Vidra is a proud family-owned business. Even though we now produce serially and at scale, we have never lost the human touch. A large part of our process still relies on handwork – a real person checks and finishes every single piece.
